Ho Ho ho Ho HO!

Sarai got me a Kenneth Cole Leather bag to carry all my art stuff in- It's exactly the one I would have picked out for myself- She knows me so well- We wish you all a Merry Christmas and lots of love-

Gifts!!!! Yea!

I got Sarai a Wireless microphone for Christmas because I believe in her as an artist and because she has the voice of an angel- She is my idol! Don't worry, i got her something more personal and heart felt for her birthday-

Every Meow loves rappin' paper and plastic wrap and boxes so that's what we got Spike(a.k.a. Spiker)for Christmas- He was so excited and played all morning- Spike has become my favorite cat/buddy I've ever had-

On a different note-
The weather is KA-Razzzzzie, crazy- 6 below zero and 60 mile an hour wind gust- We expect a few inches of snow today but by Christmas day the weather will be back to normal-
Also - Today Sarai and I are gonna watch the Packers/Bears game and maybe do some tattoo on my leg- We are settling down now after a few weeks of stress and doing our best to be our best self- Things haven't been perfect between us because we followed our hearts and reality caught up with us BUT, we are being thoughtful and seeing a councilor and life is becoming what we are making it- We are truly happy together and very much in love and determined to make a life together- This new year I hope everybody makes an effort to change for the better and hold tight to the ones they love-

Justin Yogaaaaah!

I've started a new Yoga class at Yama Yoga in the city- I have always loved Yoga and am excited about every Monday at 12:00 noon when I will be At my class- This is my New Years resolution and I'm gonna stick to it- Sarai is very supportive and happy to see me getting involved in a group activity- She is thinking of taking an art class of some sort like sculpture or metal working- We are branching out into new environments so get inspired and do the same-

Snow...bountiful snow. It doesn't seem to stop falling this time of the year. I love the snow because it makes everything even more beautiful. Its very transformative. Making everything crisp and clear. Making the sun burst off the ground and dance all over the trees. The only bad part is the slush and yuck that builds up on the sides of the road, shoveling (poor Justin) and the fact that for snow to linger it has to stay pretty cold. I like that it symbolizes another change. This is Justin and I first holidays together. We will spend them with my side of the family this year. We will be at my mothers, eating tamales, and watching all the kids open up the presents. We will be thinking of everyone in Virginia, reflecting on how much has changed in our lives since Justin and I have met. And hoping that next year we will be there celebrating with you. Merry Christmas.

Ho, Ho, Ho!

Christmas is just around the corner and Sarai and Spike and I are excited- The only bad thing about the holidays is that all our tv shows play re-runs- I will miss my family this year but I will be very well loved and fed- We wish everybody the mostest, bestestest holiday-

Last night I had a Bacon Cheese burger and tonight I had two hot dogs and a salad, pumpkin pie and ice creme- I feel like a new person-

THE PAPERAIRPLANES

Sarai and I are going to begin recording music in the Spring for our own little music project called "The Paperairplanes" - I named it that because no matter how poor a child is they can always make a paper plane and have lots of fun and no matter how rich a child is they will get the same fun out of a paper plane- It's a metaphor for the power of imagination- The picture is to be our first C.D. cover-

This week Sarai went to a stylist and had her hair cut -
I was so pleasantly surprised because she was even more beautiful than before- She's so lucky to be able to wear short hair- She loves how easy it is to fix and I love it because it looks so damn good! Isn't she lovely, Isn't she beautiful!!!!!

No New additions

The Holidays are expensive and we are having too much fun buying gifts for friends and family so we will be getting the new kitty in the Spring-
Spike is happy to have us too him self I'm sure-

This is the tattoo that Sarai is filling in on my arm- She is a very good artist- Yesterday she drew a beautiful flower design that I tattooed on her arm- There is a deep trust that comes with letting someone tattoo you- Forever is a long time-

In Wisconsin, 10 degrees and snow everyday is normal and the roads are rarely undrivable- It is normal in the winter to see a report on the news of the 174 car accidents that happened on Saturday- We live 2 blocks from Walgreens, Target, Starbucks and Pick and Save Grocery so we don't have to go far- We have 3 more snow storms on the way this week- The fire is on!

My new Guitar is my favorite ever- Sarai invited me to play in her band and I was very excited to do so- We all get along very well and the band is real tight- I never thought I would be playin music with Sarai but I'm so happy to have the opportunity- The band will be recording this winter and should have a sample C.D. by Spring-
