I've always wanted to be tattooed and soon I will be finished filling in all my tattoo outlines- I have a half body suit, all black traditional, designed by me- I bet this kid in the picture will grow up to be a Judge or a Doctor- Sarai and I will be purchasing a tattoo machine so we can work on each other- I'm sure this skill will come naturally to both of us- Who knows, maybe one day we will live in a home in the woods with our tattoos and paintings and music- We may be an alter-native to the traditional idea of healthy, normal people but we are happy to be Picasso in a world of Rembrandt's -

Eden
This is my ideal living quarters. This is a Cob house made from smoothed mud and straw. You can make it into any shape you want. Place windows and solar panels where ever you see fit. Let in all the light you want. It takes about a year to make. I think the idea of making an organic shaped house would be very interesting. The last few days Justin and I have been trying to think of a place in-between here and Richmond where we can move and find some land to build our house. It may be a tree house, a cob house, or some version in between. One thing is true it will be ours from the ground up. And I believe anything we build will be full of light.

Chairman Meow The Yogurt Eatin' Cat
Spike!!!
This is my new best friend- I never thought I would have a cat again but this cat made me love him- He is the sweetest Meow in the world- We play lazer tag and chase the string and he always eats breakfast with me- I had forgotten how great it was having animals around to calm the waters of life-

Happiness is a form of courage
Pleasure is spread through the earth
In stray gifts to be claimed by whoever shall find.
~William Wordsworth, 1806
That quote reminds me of how we met. As if it blew in the wind and we were both outside waiting for the breeze. We are lucky in love, more so lucky to recognize love, better yet to be open to letting love in. There are challenges to opening up, especially for me, I have a very protected heart, but everyday I wake up to Justin's smile, so sweet and genuine. I get that smile a hundred times a day. The sweet reminder that I can open and keep falling in love and always know that he is my soft place to land. Lucky. Blessed.
Splendor
We search for perfection, there are very few places that exist. One is in the creator. Another is in the perfection of nature. I remember watching discovery channel and some one hiking through dense forest and looking up in a tree and seeing this sole exquisite purple flower. He may have possibly been the only person to witness such a rarity. When he did he said its times like that, that we are reminded of God's extravagance. Justin and I have found this beautiful park by our house that is full of old woods, trails, lake inlets, and immense beauty. Its call 7 bridges park. Nature and its perfection is not limited that which only lies outside of ourselves, we can find it in a glance, an embrace, the feeling of connectedness with we each other and our Creator, sharing, and of course love. This does not mean that we are perfect, we are flawed, but sometimes allowed to see grace and splendor.
New Job
I applied for a job at the Home Depot this week, had an interview and it went well- Not sure if I got the job but I'll let you know- I haven't worked in 6 years or so and I'm nervous but more than that I'm excited- If I get the job I'll be in the Kitchen and Bath department selling toilets- This is a subject I'm Very Familiar with, hahaha! I think I will do well with all new ambitions in my new life as long as I have the support of my beautiful Sarai-
Josiah the laughing baby-
HEY BABY!!!!
Josiah, the new branch of the very large tree that is Sarai's family- Yesterday we went to see him- Sarai has a magic touch with little one's- This is not the best picture of sweet little Josiah because he is super cute but I chose it because Sarai looks so happy in it-
Today is another wonderful day off for us and we are relaxing all day- Painting, drawing and having fun together in the perfect 55 degree weather- I painted a picture of a chimp for my sweet Sarai this morning after my Yoga- She loves Monkeys!

Justin's idea of luxury-
This is the Sphere House in Washington State- My favorite tree house ever built- When Sarai and I buy our land I will build one in the trees for us to stay in while I construct our home on the ground- Don't go fooling yourself, there is a "BOX" and we can think outside of it and make our dreams come true - With love and support and faith in ourselves, each other and our creator we can do anything, anything, anything we dream -
All The Ways we Move
Not so long ago I was a Richmond-er and now a Milwaukee-en- I have no complaints about Milwaukee as of yet- The people are friendly and intelligent and the food and culture is wonderful- I would be proud to call myself a Milwaukee-en someday- Sarai has spent most of her life here so she feels he pull of travel on her spirit- We share this curiosity about other places like New Mexico, The Gulf coast, Montreal Canada, Brazil, Africa and Australia- We may even be bold enough to go all these places someday- Our "big plan" is to buy 10 acres somewhere and live in a small dwelling on our property while I build our Naturalists Home - I want rabbits and she wants chickens- We all move in many different ways but when love is the motivator we will move 900 miles and beyond-

At Starbucks
I love coffee, he likes chai tea. We love our habitual lifestyle of finding a corner cafe and relaxing away from home. Though our ideas of where that place should be is different. We agreed we should find a suitable place that we both could love. In our search for common grounds (he he) we both set out to discover our cafe utopia. This was new for the both of us, for Justin it was a way to discover Milwaukee, for me it was a way to get out of a rutted routine. I had gone to the same cafe in the same neighborhood for over 3 years. It was time for change...funny ...is that change happens the way it wants not necessarily the way you pictured. While in Virginia we found this place we both LOVED called Capt. Buzzys. Great Mom and Pop place with great home roasted coffee beans with the best Iced Coffee ever- with real coffee iced cubes, plus the chai had a perfect chai to milk ratio. Great environment, tall ceilings, fun neighborhood! I was hoping we could find the same here. NOPE. We searched high and low . Some places had good coffee, bad chai, others the opposite. We ended up going to Starbucks, first out of familiarity, then out of comfort. I know some of you are die hard mom and pop shop patrons, I was too for most of my life. I was hung up on this. Then we moved to our cute little house, right around the corner from a Starbucks. Where we go daily. The staff has become familiar. So has our corner table. Thats where I am writting this very blog. At Starbucks you will find a consistent coffee, a perfect chai, a comfortable corner, and you will find Justin and I. Finding each other among the chaos of life. 2 very different people finding common ground in love.
Sarai and Justin Welcome you to our world
Just a few months ago we had never met and never imagined that we would- A chance encounter on this futuristic contraption changed our lives forever- We fell hopelessly in love with each other and now live together in a beautiful home in Milwaukee (Bayview) Wisconsin- This picture is of Seven bridges Park- This is by far our favorite place to connect with nature- We both feel a strong personal connection to Nature and it's creator- We are amazed each day at the life we were given, a life we feel less deserving of than we should but one we could never let go of- Let us all remember the summer of the year two thousand and seven for it's magical magnetism which brought together two lonely spirits so deserving of joy and inspiration- This will be know as the summer of Sarai and Justin-
The winter will be upon us soon so let there be warm fires and warm hearts-
